Eligibility & Limits
This program is for private properties in Surrey.
Trees are only available to Surrey residents.
Trees must be purchased using a credit card with a Surrey billing name and address. Purchases made with billing addresses outside of Surrey will be cancelled.
Maximum three trees per Surrey address, based on your billing address. Additional orders using the same billing address will be cancelled. The system will limit you to three trees per order.
Note: Most of the trees average 2-3cm caliper size and would not meet the size requirements as replacement trees. We're unable to guarantee the size of specific trees in advance of purchase.
Substitutions, Cancellations, & Refunds
Occasionally, pre-purchased trees become unavailable for various reasons. We reserve the right to offer substitutes for any purchases or otherwise will give a full refund for any unavailable stock. We are not able to guarantee tree availability at time of purchase.
Trees are considered final sale after pickup.

- name
- order number
- what you want to refund or cancel
Pricing
Prices shown are before tax. There are two separate prices because food-producing trees are exempt from PST.
Picking up Your Order
After you add trees to your cart, you will be prompted to choose a pickup time. Alternate pickup days are generally not available. There will be a text box to fill in any information regarding an alternate pick up person (limits apply). Please only buy trees if you can arrange for pick up on the specified date.
Pick up trees at the Surrey Operation Centre (6651 148 St, Surrey, BC V3S 3C7) on the pickup date at your selected time. Specific directions will be sent via email prior to pickup.
